  • Assist you in determining the most reasonable price for a home based on a comparative market analysis that would be offered to you if needed. 
  • Answer all of your questions about the local market area and direct you to the proper sources for additional information such as;schools, the local economy, and more.

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

  • Check your credit rating. Also, check the new Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, which was signed into law on February 13, 2008.
  • The new FHA limit loan for Westchester and Dutchess counties is, $729,750.  The in creased Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan limits is also $729,750.
  • Contact Rand Mortgage for competitive rates.
  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.

Closing Costs to Expect:
